The exhibition PHOENIX OUT OF THE ASHES February 28 - April 6 (facets of transformations) is an artistic exploration of the themes of rebirth, renewal and metamorphosis. By combining different media and artistic approaches, a multifaceted picture of the Phoenix motif, which is considered a symbol of eternal renewal in many cultures, is drawn. Beginning with the area that symbolizes decay and the end, the works reflect the inevitable transience. A diversity of materials such as broken glass, ash or rusted metal are used to reflect the fragility of life and the cycle of decay in nature and in human creations. The exhibition is divided into three thematic areas:
ASH TO ASH
Guided by the darkness of decay, the exhibition transports the viewer into a world of renewal and hope. Bright colors and dynamic forms in the artworks symbolize the resurrection from the ashes. They radiate an energy that encourages visitors to recognize the potential for new beginnings and transformation in their own lives.

MYTH/REALITY
This section combines mythological representations of the Phoenix with modern interpretations. It shows how this myth has been understood and depicted in different cultures and eras and how it is reinterpreted in contemporary art today. This section builds a bridge between past and present and shows the timeless relevance of the Phoenix motif.

Overall, PHOENIX OUT OF THE ASHES offers a profound insight into the human experience of constant change and renewal, reflected through the lens of art. This exhibition is not only a showcase of artistic works, but also a space for reflection, discussion and personal insights into the cycles of life and nature. The various artistic positions develop an intermedia exhibition concept that includes the media of photography, painting, video and sculpture.
